HAPPY NEW YEAR to you both! Any new art resolutions?
2008 was pretty good for me. The show in NYC - the opening night went really well. Met lots of great people and got so much positive response for the work. I was surprised but in a happy happy way.
Bad news nothing sold :(
Good news? I suppose because of the great response I have another show at the gallery which opened yesterday and is on through the 30th of Jan. So a great start for the new yr.
I also applied to another gallery - just to see if I was good enough to be accepted. And I did get accepted.
Currently I am trying to get my work looked at by a few more places. Will let you girls know how that pans out.
My art resolution for the new yr? Get my work out there - noticed and accepted by a couple more galleries, and paint paint paint, and blog blog blog.

hey pooj - that is a wonderful way to kick start the year. Dont worry about selling...just work hard and you'll make it big I promise :)
can i hold you to that arch? we just have to persevere huh?
i'm making a trip to vermont in march. i'm meeting with a gallery there - the guy says he loves my work and wants to represent me, but the works have to be seen in person. kind of nervous. always feel i'm not good enough!
