Hey girls,
i just got back from South Carolina. I was at the beach for about 10 days.
i didn't do much work there though!
Now, I'm back in the studio. I went and bought some wood before my trip to make some more frames. So, right now i will be a bit busy with that. i will be building four frames for four more paintings which will complete my 8 pieces for the show in December.
I think that I forgot to mention in my last blog that the New York gallery had selected a couple of my Landscape of Dreams series, so I am continuing with that particular series for the show.
I have to finish the four pieces by October, so its going to be a busy time.
I have been thinking about our first 3for show, but that needs its own blog which will be up next!

Your vacation sound super fun. I know I desperately need one now.
I really like that you are going full swing ahead on the exhibition. Do like the idea for your series. Feel they will work well together for a showing.
Unfortunately I have not done too much on the painting front off late. It a big hiatus. Longer than a couple of months now. But slowly and surely I am coming to figure out how to make my varied interests meet.
Just following my heart you know. It seems that there may be a Video Artist amongst us....
very cool! i know you'll bring things together. just a matter of time. i loved the way you combined your sketches with your other works. its the way to go. combining technology with traditional means of creating!!
